Physical Therapy - By appointment only: Monday through Thursday - 8am to 5pm. Friday 8am to 4pm. We are closed all major holidays and weekends. We are conveniently located near the corner of Arroyo Parkway and Glenarm at the end of the 110 Freeway, 1 mile south-east of the Huntington Hospital. Parking: There is FREE parking in the rear of the building and behind the 76 Gas Station.
