Arroyo Physical Therapy proudly offers group balance exercise classes. Classes are low cost and generally open to the public. Class locations, times and scheduling may change. Please email us at: for more information.

Balance Challenge™ is our community-based exercise program for most types of balance problems and is recommended for men and women 50+. Fun, energizing group evidence-based exercises are taught to great music with a wide variety of activities. Classes are designed to: Improve balance, strength and posture, as well as increase flexibility, walking skills and vestibular performance. Exercises include: Tai Chi & Yoga, Fall prevention, Cardio & strengthening, Vestibular exercises, Gait training, and Core stability.

Expert instruction is provided by licensed Physical Therapists & Physical Therapist Assistants.
